Fully coloured and full metal guns in Canada

I went over to the classifieds to find myself a better gun, excepting not to find very many fully coloured gun, let alone metal. So my question to you is, how did you get them into Canada? I'm guessing that you always run a risk of getting it confiscated, and how often does that happen if it happens at all.

there are some people that have the licenses to bring them into the country.

check out the retailers, they have new all black guns. and a good selection.

but good selection is relative, if you are expecting to find the same selection as redwolf, you are in the wrong country, its just not going to happen

no one on this site will ever recommend trying to import anything illegally.

What are you talking about? The ratio of clear to opaque is easily 50:1 at the very worst times of clearsoft surges. Plenty of full metal ones there too. What you see in the classifieds are already in country so you aren't running any risks for confiscation.

Even the "licenced" airsoft importing businesses risk confiscation if the CBSA finds out that they are selling the guns to the public, since that's not how the licence is suppose to be used.

At one point in time Canada was rich with retailers where one could pick a retailer online and order, not saying that there are not alot of online retailers now, its just the ones that existed before had non cansoft non clear stock. There were even small walk in retailers where one could go browse a selection. Back in those days there were folks who ran custom orders rather frequently. Things are a little different now.

if you are patient, it can be easier to acquire the parts to build a full metal AEG over buying a full metal AEG or even buying a plastic AEG and upgrading and customizing.

two of my AEG's I bought used and upgraded them, then went full metal. neither contain more than 10% of the original gun. some parts broke front trying to make them fit with new bits, some are just sitting in a box.

Getting the metal bodies though can be a time consuming task and requires lots of patience. BUT, there are the odd times they pop up in the classifieds as long as you're quick they can be yours!
