G&G M14 gearbox...?

The gearbox is a version 7. The current fps is 412fps with .25, i just bought a systema m110 spring to reduce the velocity in the 350-380fps range. Though, i have no idea how v7 works, checked on mechbox repair but as you know, their pictures are always mixed up. Is there any tutorial on v7 gearbox? I just want to change the spring, nothing else. I only found a video on how to dissassemble it but gearbox... no luck =/

COOL , that's the best tutorial i ever seen. Much easier to understand than mechbox (because mechbox's pictures main objective is to try to show every part of the mech box)
