Aftermath Broxa Barrel problems

I was taking apart my Broxa this evening cause I was going to paint some of it tomorrow, and I got the barrel off but when I slid it back on it was sort an inch. Someone have any suggestions? I posted a pic, maybe that would help.

that part is not on all the way, your inner barrel might be caching on something like the flash hider
