M4 Spring sprung...

Good day all;

Here’s my situation/issue;
I had stored my “Panther Arms DPMS” A15 inadvertently with the original piston spring fully compressed for about 2 months. Now of course the spring is kaput.
BB’s roar out at a whopping 150fps +/-

As a relative newb with limited AEG mechanical knowledge, what strength/brand of spring would be ideal to bring it back to the 325-350 fps range for this make & model?
