I have a JT paint ball mask that I cut down in the check area. This allows me to use my iron sights pretty well and still protects the teeth. To tell the truth though I like using my Strategy goggles more then the full PB mask and taking a chance with the teeth. As far as any fogging issues both the JT mask and the Strategy googles work fine.
