I think I'm going to try doing the sort of utility harness based suit for now. if it doesn't work I can always sew a jacket to the inside of it, just won't be the ideal order.

Went around to a few garden centers today, and no one carries burlap this time of year, and was told to check back in the fall. Hopefully Co-op will have some, it is about the last local place I can think of to check. If not, well, I'll have it in time to do this as something to do on bad winter days. Winter ghillie is easy enough. Take white blanket, cut hole in middle, tie as needed.
