yeah, usually what happens is that customs holds the product, and sends you a notice/letter telling you that you have that your item has been seized... then they will give you a options in which you can choose from. I believe they were:
1) return it to the original shipping address (at the cost of your shipping, and the shipper doesn't have to refund)
2) leave it at customs and have it confiscated
3) Argue with legally (in court) althought thats going to be quite hard...
Most of the time, people just chose to leave it seized...
