Most goggle systems have an Rx insert available. I wear glasses and can not wear contacts, so I have inserts for my ESS LandOps goggles, my Bolle T800's and my Uvex XC glasses. I used to wear my glasses under my goggles and while it worked, I did find them uncomfortable and the tended to slip around too much. The inserts solve the problem.
