I had a similar experience. Made a purchase.. 20 days later it still haden't shipped because they haden't gotten it from their "distributers". Got refunded, then shootsoft goes on vacation.
I've actually had less than satisfactory dealings with all of Canada's retailers:
A&A Airsoft -> Fucked up 3 consecutive orders.
007 Airsoft -> 4+ months with little to no communication.
Shootsoft -> Ordered an "in country and ready to ship" product that apparently wasn't.
ASC Classifieds -> Never had an issue dealing with individual people through the classifieds. Go ASC!
Not that I'm complaining... it was just annoying.
