Yup, if go for the second campaign look. Just add a ski knit cap, a cheap Russian LBV, replace the Soviet Motorized Infantry patch with the RF Armed Forces flag patch on the left sleeve, add any Russian unit patch on the right sleeve.
The jacket you have is a commercial model (the collar on the standard issue jacket is the same faux fur as the hat you have), which would suggest a contractor or an officer, if you go for an officer look, you can replace the private's belt with an officer's one (real leather and no shiny buckle).
You may also find jackboots very uncomfortable in the field unless you know how to tie the foot cloth properly, and even then these things take some time getting used to (took me a good week to get it right without it constantly loosening and unwrapping). A pair of boots would be more practical and true to an officer/contractor image.
Since this is a winter outfit, you can complete it with a Russian Klyaksa snow camo suit or even the old Soviet cotton snow suit.
But of course, the setup is fine as it is, since we're not reanactors
