Well one option to extend your outer barrel is to get a silencer to conceal the inner barrel. As for brand of barrels...I dont know lemme throw something random out that...systema. Why? Why not, systema seems to be on top with everything else so far!

I wish I could tell you more about BBs, unfortunelty Ive only ever used Metal Techs and TM.
