What is on my list to get:
Load Bearing Vest (With mag pouches and such already on it) (a modular system is a little more expensive, but worth it in the long run, especially if you buy another non-Armalite gun)
Pack (unneccessary unless you plan on carrying a ton of crap on the field)
Radio / Throat microphone / headset (basically useless unless you are playing a large scenario game with people who actually know how to use them properly and not jam up the airwaves with useless banter)
Suitable boots (this is VERY important)
CADPAT (Likely from Seals Action Gear... looking around still) or maybe Multicam
Knee Pads (snivel gear - nice to have but mostly unneccessary)
Boonie
Paintball goggles (Currently using polycarbonate lenses) (This should be your very first purchase)

What I'm unsure of:
Elbow pads (unneccessary unless you belly crawt over rough ground/concrete a lot)
Paracord (handy for field-expedited shelters and making magpuls, but not something you'll want to carry on the field all day in most single-day gaming scenarios)
Gloves
Hydration pack (Could put watter bottles in normal pack?) (Try and buy a load-bearing rig that has a built-in hydration bladder holder - cheaper than buying a rig AND a hydration pack)
Compass (not necessary unless you are on a HUGE field you are unfamiliar with)
Anorak (In case of rain)
Binoculars (not necessary, and often too heavy and clunky. Will definitely hinder mobility)
Electrical Tape
Flashlight (just get a small red LED keychain light, or a small LED surefire or something if you need a LOT of light - those mini-Molle ones in the group order in the Buy & Sell Gear sections look nice)
Chronograph (nice, but not necessary unless you want to start really working on your own guns)

I'm not seeing a battery charger anywhere on this list - that's basically a must-have item.
