I googled the MSDS:

"Petroleum Hydrocarbon Oil"

Doesn't sound like silicon oil to me.

Best advice is to not use it. You can go pick up any silicon oil (or RC Shock Oil as most hobby stores refer to it) easily at a hobby store.
