Add to Kokanee's suggestion, use the lowest setting on your scope and visually track the BB's flight, and compensate for any elevation/windage that is required to get that BB on target. Lots of people that I've seen whine it's too "paintball" to do so (lobbing for extra range), but in airsoft only the smart ones compensate for range. Don't be too worried if you find 0.30g drop after 150ft, all you gotta do is aim a bit higher and try again.
