Aside from the windows, you also have the issue of sound. You'd have to make sure the areas you'd be playing in are more or less sound proof or away from the outside of the school where other people could hear shouting and firing. I don't know it all just seems a bit too risky to me. I guess your best bet is to talk to the people who were at that Operation Hall Pass game.

Sound wouldn't be a problem.
Have you ever stood outside a busy school in the morning? When everyone is screaming and yelling inside?
You can't hear shit. In airsoft, you won't hear the guns at all, and screams of agony when a tooth goes wouldn't be heard either - may just sound like a volleyball tourney, etc.
