If something in the internals has not broken then check out the following.
Had the same problem with my M4, I had just got it back from being upgraded and it wouldn't have enough power to turn the gears/internals. I thought the upgrades were too powerful for my battery but started looking at the wiring anyways.
Turned out the problem was with a loose connection to the fuse. It wasn't making a good connection and was providing too much resistance. I made a strong solder to the battery wires, fuse wires and it fixed the problem. Check if your fuse connections are good or that you don't have a bad connection on the battery wires. After that start checking the internals.
