Most of the places I have been (staples, future shop) only have the newer versions of the Duster with the "Di-crap".
Walmart sells "Fellowes" in the yellow can, but you have to dig around and find the older ones that actually have "Tetrafluoroethan" in it. They sell for $6.99 for a Net Wt. 10 oz. can.
Zellers sells "Belkin - The Blaster" which also has "Tetrafluoroethan" in it but it costs $10.95 for a Net Wt. 12 oz. can.
Keep lookin around...it's out there!
