A few years back I'd heard of an instance of a chinese replica HPA tank regulators being sold. Suffice it to say, they were not safe at all.
Personally, I'd trust Valken or any other big Paintball name to execute such an idea. But no way would I trust an asian(except for maybe japanese) company.
