Unfortunately with proprietary parts that are new to market, until dealers can be set up and the initial stock shock overcome (which can take years sometimes) you are pretty much stuck with order where you can find them.
Is that the shipping quoted through an online cart or have you contacted them for a customized quote. I find that some online carts are horrible for shipping costs even with very small items.
