if blackhawk doesn't make a serpa for realsteel then there won't be a clone of one for the px4.

Get a custom kydex one made to mount on molle.

edit:

there is a matte black or carbon fiber finish cqc serpa for px4.. you will need a strike mount plate and if you care about swapping pistols often, you could get the QD kit and have multiple serpas for your guns that will attach to the strike platform.. otherwise you just need the platform plus the cqc holster. Seems there's no tan.

there's no level 2 or 3 for the px4.
