I taped around the inner barrel unevenly so that it would line up specifically in the outer barrel. I did that to correct much of the difference between the point of impact vs. point of aim.

So yes...both windage and elevation were altered...the majority of the problem was windage in this particular case though. Having a shot impact a bit high over the sights doesn't bother me as much as left/right correction.
