Last june, your info was submitted but it seems you fell through the cracks.
Your attempt last january has been submitted but hasn't been processed yet. Just like all the others for the last month or so.
So, sit down, relax and, yes, be patient.
Oh and yeah, Insults to the staff won't help your case in anyway. This isn't McDonald's or Walmart.
