Happy with the shipping and how the manager agreed to handle my issue(they shipped my cancelled order without asking) but I did not appreciate the girl on the phone(I remember your name but I'll let it go) who tried to make it seem like it was my fault.

I was very gentle and civilized on the phone because that's how I am but it left a sour taste in my mouth after I hung up. I'm not responsible for the mistakes your employees make, "no ands, ifs or buts", it's the way it is. When I phone and cancel an order it's not my responsibility if it gets shipped which is why your manager obviously agreed to refund me the money. Money was not the issue - principal was -so I took the pistol anyway, but please be more courteous to people who phone in with problems. Customer service is about solving problems, not creating new ones.

I was actually very surprised to have such a brazen employee on the phone because my past experiences were very good. I even made a post about it on these forums. I would be more than happy to shop at your store again because your manager took care of me and I appreciate that.
