I wasn't sure either...until I took the two apart to look for differences...and used both with each system. They're the same.
Some have said the FA paddle seems smaller/larger between the two...but I couldn't find the material difference. Same with the bolt stop lever (comes with PDW kit)...shaped a little different but either works.
