Made an order about a week ago now, and have had no luck at all.

I realize the ongoing strike is an issue, but the website says UPS ground service is being used. So I am rather concerned, as I have emailed Frank, and also PM'd him on ASC. I have received no response, even though he has been online since sending him messages.

Payment was sent for the product the day of purchase, via EMT. The EMT has not been accepted to this date either, with no communication I'm unaware of why or what's going on.

Hopefully I can get some help here, I've never had this issue in the past with this retailer.
