Anyone know where I can buy Real Steel Magpul Pmags in Canada?

Or if its even legal to purchase it from outside of Canada?

I know our firearm laws prohibit AR magazines with no more than 5 rounds, but I am just looking for the shell/body of it to modify for airsoft purposes.

I'm not too clear on the legalities surrounding RS AR magazines i.e. does the mag have to be specifically tailored for 5 rounds or as long as you only load 5 rounds than all is dandy...

Any clarification would be great.
