Boiling works you need to remove the barrel [take the inner barrel/hopup out] so you can keep the flash hider in the pot of boiling water. The flash hider needs to be submerged for a while for the glue to reach its melting point. Wear oven mitts to hold the outer barrel flash hider first into the boiling water. Keep there for about 5 mins as you rotate.

After that you need to use your might and twist it off (with gloves on or you’ll burn yourself) you need to do this while the glue is melted and clean it off as soon as you can

It worked for me.
