I understand the argument, saying it won't work because it's not designed to work. That does not necessarily mean that it won't work, its just not designed to do so. It may work great, it may fail miserably or it may do something in the middle. The gun could explode and kill me, though I doubt it will be that extreme.
I just wanted to check if anyone has actually tried it to get a second opinion. Either way I'm still personally going to try it and post the results, regardless of whether said results are good or bad. At least that way I can give an accurate observation instead of a general guess, and possibly save someone else the time and trouble.

Styrak wasn't giving a general guess really. I mean that's how the system works, it uses the pressure of the gas to cycle the bolt. Using a gas with less "oomph" as previously said won't cycle the bolt.
Just buy yourself an NPAS and keep using propane or CO2 like the gun is supposed to be used with.
