Any o-ring is lubed and I keep that shit out of my barrel. Its the first thing I do after I clean my AEG mags (duster can sprayed through the mid-caps, its in dusty southern AB) and the last thing I do before assembling a mech-box. Only need a bit and the shock oil is 10-20wt if your interested, anything in that range will do but I like 15wt. If you put it down your barrel it will get on your hop-up and make it lose friction. In other words it will make your hop-up all funky and not work for about 5,000 rounds haha!
