I'm from South East Asia. I've mainly orders from them nowadays. Used to be EBB that i frequent. Price is slightly better if you buy a few things together (EBB adds individual shipping in their prices).
Anyway, as with most chinese company, their communication sucks. I've received all my orders, although sometimes it takes more than a month to arrive.
My 1st order is a joke. 2 weeks after I order, I checked their website and the status is still pending, no word on the shipping. I sent them a mail regarding my order status. The next day my parcel arrived. 5days later, they replied that they will check on my shipment... LOL
