Decent.
The hurricane sight is nice (at least the ones I've seen). You might find others that are just as good but cheaper...unless your heart is set on that particular one. Most of the RDS that I've come across have been $30-90-120...some better than others...but all usable.
Get a good loader (i.e. TM XL Loader). Crappy cheap loaders suck. Buy a good spare battery and a good "smart" charger. The charger will pay for itself in quality and convenience in the long run.
