Delta peak sensitivity help.

Hello, I've got a charger with adjustable sensitivities and also some of the batteries, which have been charged using this charger seem to be not charging the battery fully. Some to 1/2 the rated capacity, and some to full. Now if I were to adjust the sensitivity, will I be able to get more amps into the battery?

NiMH should be 6 to 8 mV/Cell and NiCD should be 6mV/Cell

If some of your packs don't "fully" charge, but are warm when done, this simply means that the pack is dead... these have a lifetime you know.

Its a new PTW 12V batt.

You should cycle those a few times. Also, make sure you don't leave them connected to the gun for anything longer than necessary for use. I've gotten 12V batteries that were left connected to a gun for weeks, and they've read less than 1V. It took several cycles on auto-cycle to recover them, but who knows if they'll be 100% again.

I set my peak with PTW batteries to 6mV.
