Well boredom has struck me yet again with a vengeful hammer of death resulting in yet another creating from the basement of no return, a.k.a. my bedroom.

Well I decided to take the magwell from the craptastic BE XM8 I had lying in the corner of my room gathering dust and make it work on my "almost as crappy but not quite as bad as the XM8" Shot gun. Now, it works. But before I did this the shotgun would occasionally release all its bbs in it's mag straight into the receiver, now it just does this way more often. Also the hopup fell out as I was cutting up everything.

Sorry for the craptastic pics but cell phone camera + caffeine overload = crappy, shaky pics.

FYI, that yellow gunk (the epoxy) has since been painted.

Yes.... you just have to point it down when you pump it or else all goes to hell. (gravity pulling bbs toward end of barrel rather than towards receiver)


In all honesty I'm surprised it works, I was just mainly trying to make something that looks interesting and ended up with a working franken gun.

has anyone ever tried to take two of those pump shotguns and fuse them both together side by side to make a double barrel one?

I'll have you know I have a girlfriend, she's quite attractive too... it's just when she's not around for more than 10 minutes shit happens and franken guns result.

I'm very easily distracted by power tools and airsoft guns.

I believe that's a very common problem for most of us. :)

whats wrong with franken guns? you either have some crappy guns or else you have fun making something and then you can say haha i made that thing there, yes it totally works too. shit i wish i could do that stuff
