you thought p90 on 9.6V was bad...(li poly video)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yTdp1m2mlSs
p90 with 11.1v li poly, and 150 spring, everything else stock. thought this was appropriate for this section because its the ultimate p90 bullet hose. |
Yep, 11.1v is a kickass pack. I've been running parallel 1500mAh cells in my P90 for awhile. Eats locaps like stink though.
|
Man wouldn't that just eat the gears after awhile? Seems pretty stressful on the poor mechbox.
|
Um, I think it might be hard on the gears with sustained cycles (heat), but I can't see how it would be worse on a per shot basis. They drive the same torque as the spring determines the torque requirement.
Anyhow, it seems pretty happy blamming away with the stock gears, upgrade bushings, 380fps spring. If the gears grind out, cest la vie. The star that burns brightest is the most awesome star in the sky. edit due to funny observation: The star that burns brightest causes the most cancer. Heh cancer gun. |
isn't the qoute, "the star that burns the brightest has the shortest burn time".
or somewhere along that line. back to topic, awesome p90. i'd love to get one of these if i can find one and tune it to baliastic specs. |
Just a little more stink than my stock P90, definitely cool rof.
|
my first p90 is on the way, cant wait to get it!
|
"the star that burns twice as bright burns half as long"
from... uhh, bladerunner =) |

How come for some reason that makes me think of that sort of speed on an upgraded FAMAS with some sort of custom bullpup self-winding drum mag... I mean the FAMAS is fast enough as is with that sort of power...
