Alternative brand AK mag for CA SLR105?
 

any idea on what other brand of AK mag will fit perfect on an SLR105?:popcorn:

What have you tried? I found that CA locaps fit horribly, I have either a G&G or G&P hicap and it fits perfectly. I think that AK74 mags are intended for it,but i could be wrong.

hehe i havent tried any yet. do u experience any misfeeds on the G&G and G&P? because i heard about misfeeds on G&G AK74 stock mags but havent heard about any feedbcks on aftermarket AK mags

it may be big but have you considerd a drum clip for the AK

You are. They would be more correct to real steel, but any AK style mag should fit, but not all of them might work. I've heard TM mags work just fine.

I know that G&P waffle mags don't work with my KA body.

I find the G&P midcaps work best on mine. I've tried Star mags but they need to be modified to feed correctly. I just wrapped some electrical tape around the nobby thingy and it seems to work well. I'm going to try using a TM 250 round short mag next.
