That was just an airsoft vortex strafer ill try to find a link for you it just has a constant flow of air from a compressor going through the bb resivoir out through a hole and the bbs get pulled along with the air.

Not bad for coolness factor, but I can't see it being used in a game. With that kind of accuracy, the effective range is almost close enough for mercy lol. But considering the rof, accuracy is kind of irrelevant if you're prepared to waste 5k BB's/min.
