I?m so glad that this revolver set up is about to be finalized, after taking quite a long time for experimenting! Tuned smooth internals and replaced some springs. Custom hand grip for better griping and cylinder releases for a quick thumb push. Add rear ring sights and front fibre sight for easier aiming. Modified moon clips more durable and flexible that taking impact when drop on ground, not easy yo be off shape and got jam. Shells are tuned for accuracy and light modified for smoother rotation when in cylinder. Moon clip holders angle adjust for my personal preference. Dump pouch set on side under revolver rather than in front to collect shells after used. Now it?s time getting back to basic and keep practicing?.. R8 CO2 revolver

Oh wow! I suddenly feel the need for this revolver. I didn't know they made an R8! How durable is the thing, is it as flimsy as most other umarex revolvers? Who's the OEM?

This is Umarex S&W M&P R8 CO2 revolver, full plastic body with metal parts internal, weight is so light not like the others full metal body versions, and the power is so low as about 275fps using 0.25 bb. Shoots pretty accurate with no hope up. After I turned and modified it, it becomes a lovely piece, potential to be my primary one.

Install optic, thumb rest, low profile cylinder release and fibre optic front sight on Umarex S&W M&P R8
Ladies and gentlemen, here you go, the Umarex S&W M&P R8 revolver with custom made M1 Topless optic mount & thumb rest set, and a custom made low profile cylinder release, also a tall double fibre optic front sight. the thumb rest makes me better aiming control for double action shooting!
Would it be the first THUMB REST and FRONT SIGHT designs for revolver? How do you like it?
