WE Scar L / H bolt carriers
 

Anybody know quickly if the bolt carriers are exactly the same?

Looking to buy a steel carrier for my L and would like to know if there's a difference.

RA tech markets it for WE Scar, but not specifically one or the other, yet Angry gun states for Scar H.
