Decent airsoft shortdots?

Just wondering whether there is any airsoft shortdot scopes out there that will not break the bank?

I do mostly open field games. My current setup is a replica 3X FTS at the back of an EOTech, but I'm wondering whether there is something in the market that would be a 1-6X cheap shortdot scope of some sort.

I tend to find 1X ideal for airsofting (since our beebs go for about 80-100 m anyways), but magnification is great to make out whether that off-looking thing is a human head or a weird-looking log.

Have the VisionKing 1.25-5X, but I find the lack of true 1X distracting.

Another option I've found is the Tac Vector Optic, but I've heard stories about about the 1X is more like 0.5X?

Except
1) I already have a 1-3x solution in the form of a magnifier
2) there is very few instances in there about shortdots (which is in the 1 to 5-10x range.)
3) I even have a 1-4x solution already - 4x Spectre and a mrds.

So thanks for your not-so-helpful help, because that's as helpful as someone on space cake/pot cookie.

I just quickly scrolled through that discussion and there is a number of posts on short dots. Instead of posting a whole new thread, maybe joining in on that one would have been more productive.

Anyways what I bought was an Bushnell AR223 - the prices will range from 100 USD without Rings up to even around the 250ish USD range for the one with the illuminated reticle. The price value is quite good, looks alright, and it's a real steel brand even if it's the "budget" brand, it's still better than anything Airsoft.

Can be found on ebay, Amazon, pretty much everywhere.

Guys, he's looking for a 1-6x...

I did a quick search for "shortdot" and I got all kinds of 1-4x, and magnifiers for holo or red dot sights. I do recall something about short dot from a while ago, but it didn't come up easily in the search.
