Double Stack Problem

I recently bought a few King Arms M16 magazines, they are 120 rnd mags so they double stack. The problem is that they "wedge" themselves inside the magazine? I've searched but cannot find a solution. Can someone please help?

You could try lubing the mag. Sometimes, after however many months, my mags kinda start to feel a little stiff, so I lube 'em with a little bit of silicone oil and they work fine again.

I have had trouble with some cheap bbs in DS mags. Try another bb brand and see how that works. Little lube too.

Do you mean that the bbs, or the plate between the bbs and the spring thinggy that pushes the bbs, jam inside the mag?

Are the mags new? Had that problem before?

@ Mr. G36! - I have tried lubing the mags, they are brand new

@ venture - I've used two different brands so far, and no matter what amount of lube I use it doesn't work :(

@ Palucol - The bbs get jammed inside. They are new

ok thats common with double stack midcaps..... I had that problem with my MAG brand midcaps too....

Problem is that when they mould the plastic, it has some imperfections, aka seam lines inside, so the guide plate thinggy gets sruck on those seam lines. and giving a gentle tap on the side of the mag, will usually clear/unjam it

I notice that these midcaps need a "break in'' period..... so basically, what you need to do now, is take your mags,BBs, a speedloader, open the tv, and start filling and emptying each mag several times until they stop jamming....

hope it helps

haha have fun.... try with one first, and if it works continue with the other mags.....

tell me if it works :P

100% confirmed. King Arms 120 rnd mags REQUIRE at least 2-3 full mags to be run through to be `broken in`. Tested on all 15 of mine, and they all work, thanks to all who helped =)
