I'm having an issue with them too. I placed an order for parts, then they switched the to the new site a few hours later. Now the new site has no record of my transaction, even though I have the full receipt and the PayPal payment was accepted. I hope they get it sorted out...

Have anybody ever ordered an ''M4 Metal Body Kit" from Ebairsoft?

Is it worth a risk or just forget it?

Metal M4 receivers are prohibited devices no matter which foreign store you order them from.

Looks like my eb account been deleted in the transfer process but still my order have been shipped, so my guess is no need to get stressed if you have and order.

Has anyone been able to clarify if they use UPS for shipping to Canada? There's been a couple versions of the email they sent. That would pretty much kill the free shipping deal.

He sends through HK Post and then Canada Post picks up the tracking number.
Mind you, he sent me the wrong tracking number so I have no idea when I'll receive my stuff.

Iv been waiting for over 2 months now for some stuff, originally I got part of the order, Contacted him and Jesse said it would be 2 weeks (1 month ago) he has been continuously lying to me since then.

oh damn. i hope i get my 3 orders deivered in reasonable time

I have never had any real difficulties dealing with them. This is what you do. You wait three days after placing an order with them then. If they dont send you a confrimation email saying that your order has been shipped like their site says they will (they never do, I've placed over 10 orders with thses guys). You open a dispute with paypal stating that they have no sent you an email confirming payment and that order has been shipped as per their online policy. They will usually send you an email; with a tracking number within hours of opening a dispute. Its sad that you have to do this. I think its cause its a two man operation and they get alot of orders. But I have always received my orders about two weeks after paying.

Well, before this big fuck up, all 12 orders I placed with them were fine, and now they decide to try to screw me, from the email I just got from Jesse he says that they will reship my order. But I'm not going to hold my breath because they have said this before.

Ask for a tracking number by tomorrow. If you have to threaten opening a dispute with paypal, even if its too late. Chances are they are too busy to remember.

I just received my shipment from them. Everything there, and new and good. Hope it works out for too you man.

Yeah, they sometimes are slow but they have a good selection, good prices, and they actually ship it to you. Customs slowed my recent orders by respectivly 3 weeks, 4 weeks, and 2 days... so it depends, but they seem to inspect a most EBB packages, so take that into account within your shipping times ;)

ya, I've got an order for 500$ in customs from RSOV, Hopefully it is released soon, I can just imagine what the Taxes are going to be, FedEx already fucked my out of 96$ for a PSG-1 RAS.

So halo did you file or say you would file a dispute through paypal?

I said nothing they just emailed and they gave me a speedpost tracking number after like 6 months of arguing back and forth. but if they fuck up this time, I will be doing a full PayPal claim, and it might even go farther, if it was only a cheap for it would not be a big deal, but for 600$ its a big deal, so hopefully its all good this time
