They were talking about going in a different direction with the site, more like ASC. So the rangers won't be setting up ALL of the games. It'll be more of a player involved theme. I think they are changing the site to accomidate that.

Or there server crashed or something. :?

Looks like some DNS issues to me. I get taken to some adversite.

Not on my end. I clicked the "Why am I seeing this web site?" link at the bottom and it says "Inquiring about the domain 'jocairsoft.com', with status: Expired". I tried it on Explorer and it comes up as "452 Policy violation"

hmm, i just went on and it is back up, anybody on here that lives in calgary or near by going to keystone, were trying to arrange transport for everyone, it would be nice if we knew the full extent of players accounted for, as it stands we have 10 solid people, i would like to go all in on a 15pass van, but if more people are coming, it would be better to drive congo in a few cars, if you are applicable and accountable, please join the post here http://www.jocairsoft.com/forums/sho...5882#post35882

JOC is down becuase the domian name expired. Brad will get a message and once somebody pays the money man we are up and running again :)

The reason some of you still have access to the site is probably the DNS is still cached on your local computer or through a proxy at your ISP.

Looks as if the domain just expired yesterday, nothing major.
Looks as if it's already been registered again, should be up as soon.

yeah, was gonna say the same thing as JohnnyDo... Expired domain... basically means, you owe us money. nothing big tho as already stated

well as soon as the money man gets paid .. DNS useually takes a few hours to update (up to 48hours). I think when I got my domain name it was live and accessable by me in a little over an hour. This of course depends on how offten DNS propagates.

Our forums should still be 100% intact as this would not be a server issue but mearly a domain name issue.

yeah for sure. I had just gotten back from Trek after watching my first match seeing what I really was getting myself into... sorta meeting a couple of the guys... and then when I go to finally make a formal introduction I find it's down

thats strange cuz it has worked all day for me at work and the 45 minutes it took to get home it's down it's 5:10 MST

Looks that as of 23:08 10/08/06 the database for the forums has crapped out. Hopefully it is an easy fix!
