Milsims are just airsofters that think there in a real army. Either Milsims or Skirmishes your still pretending your in an army and playing with toys that shoot plastic. I hate people that take it so serious..If you want to do the real thing go join the real thing
Another pet peeve..people that spend tons of money on gear and try to buy the real thing when again there playing with toy guns |

Seriously though on a serious note. MILSIM is that MILITARY SIMULATION the goal is to make it feel like a real military training exercise. Skirms are a lighter more fast paced game mode similar to woodsball from paintball. Thats it. No whiney children just you whining because the big boys got better gear and you don't. Take it from a guy who is not in the army. Some people just want to have that military like eperience but are unwilling to possibly die or not see there families for along time. I am not those people I just applied for the CF... so I guess I'll (try) and do both the real thing and airsoft, gotta problem with that? |

The super milsim are a group. If that's what they want. Than stick with only milsim games. Otherwise you deal with weekend airsofters. I respect the military type. I'm military. But not everyone is milsim. So deal with bad radio chatter. Or stay away from weekend airsofters |
Thats why I mostly just use radio with my team. We got ninja focus. Objective mindset. ya know.

Also 99.9% of milsims are no where near like real training scenarios. |
* hands flame suit to forsberg*
best of luck Guess I need another one: Making an awesome shot with the vsr only to have the guy think its a strong mosquito. |
forsberg, stop while your ahead. This will only end with a lot of butt hurt for you.
And besides at least with airsoft kit you get some practical stuff like clothing, radios, packs, and gear to hold stuff in. It could be worse we could be golfing (nothing wrong with golf BTW) and spending thousands on some nice long pieces of metal. Golf can be considered a waste of money too. My uncle bought a 600 dollar driver last week, and those are only the mid range ones. Its just a piece of metal with a very specific purpose. Its fine to say YOU wouldn't spend hundreds of your hard earned cash on airsoft gear. Believe me I'm in the same boat. The only gear I own is a $30 tacvest. But don't shit on others because they get enjoyment out of their hobby. Back on topic: It annoys me when I'm forced to make an account just to see how much shipping will be. Don't retailers realize how much express checkout options are valued? |
Going to a game that has Ammo for sale only to find out they only have 5 bags to sell to over 50 people.
Fuckin SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK! |

Those people go to milsims, so expect a certain degree of professionalism when they go to a milsim. Milsim's are not really for your weekend paintball place "I got tactical maraca's" kinda player.

When you can't find those damn CR123s

Back on topic. People who go to Milsim games and try to play like a skirmish. |
