ALong with that, "LNIB". "Like new"??? WTF does that mean? If it means you fired 50 rounds in your basement, then state that.

Kinda like a girl claiming to be a virgin, but she's got crabs, herpes, etc.

I'll sign on for this one too..

BNIB means.. Brand new in box... which means.. it's never been out of the box..

Purchased.. and re-sold.. never used.

As soon as you take it out of the box and use it at all..

it is not BNIB it is USED

By the way.. a woman who is promiscuous, yet never the less a Virgin is known as a "demi-vierge"

BNIB - brand new in box.

LNIB - Like new in box.

People can't tell the difference? People Scamming? Either way shame on them!

Aside from the obvious things (unfair CBSA regulations, people showing up late, people not reading the rules/FAQs, etc.)
what really annoys me is Goggle Fog.

Sure there are anti-fog cloths, turbo-fan goggles, etc. but sometimes goggle fog just happens anyway. It always seems to happen to me at the worst moments too.

Then again, maybe I need some better goggles.
:)

I explained how to have zero fog in some thread about fogging that nobody ever reads...

Sales threads for more than the gun cost brand new. Take a second, check out what retailers are selling it for NOW and maybe they won't need three pages of bumps

amen to this, or selling used items %10 off the brand new price... no thank you, Id rather buy new, it feels like lately the classifieds have been shit, I hate having to check in everyday and hoping I have enough saved for that one good deal lately...

The use of the word 'bukkake' when boasting about how many 40mm 'nades you carry, etc.

The use of the phrase 'switched on' when used......ever. (Unless you're talking about turning the lights on). Like MikeL said in Jarhead's team thread, First Special Services Force......"Please don't kid yourselfs thinking you are SOF, you are a airsoft group, nothing more." Wise words, pay heed.

I'm not a special forces operator... but I play one in my head...

For me the biggest issue is people not calling hits. I usually play a sniper role with my bolt action and don't have the option of "lighting someone up" who's not calling hits. Its frustrating making a long shot and watching the bb bounce off someone only to hear dead silence. That's when I usually change mags to my .43s and readjust the body part I 'm aiming for.

Aedan798 February 5th, 2012 17:40

I don,t understand why people don't call their hits ... it's only a damn game I mean come on do you really have to be competitive at the point of frustrating other people around you because you think you're chuk norris and bullet bounce off you ?

its a mentality of "winning". I find its inherited from paintballers.

It sounds lame, but I think its important to drill into people, especially new players, that its not about winning or losing its about having fun. When you start putting too much emphasis into winning that's when people stop calling hits.

Some of the best times I've ever had involved not taking a single shot, or being hit over and over again.

you know you got the kill, even if the target does not.. or chooses to not acknowledge it
