So I was playing with the front sights on the WE AK PMC, and was wondering if its even possible to change the windage on it?? The cylinder wobbles and the front side hardly moves, can only adjust elevation :/ Even the rear sites kind of wobble. Not too sure how Im going to zero this gun D:

Get one of these to adjust windage. Also adjusts elevation.

That's weird... it should push the sight drum left/right, thereby adjusting windage... is it moving the drum/front sight at all?

If not, is the hole on the sight adjustment tool large enough for the sight drum? I've read of instances where the sight drum is too large/hole too small (lol, pun not intended) and the drum is just pushing against the side of the adjustment tool, preventing any movement. Also, maybe use some penetrating lubricant (lol perfect tie in...) like WD-40 and try again?

Nothing special here, just my first and current gun with a few attachments:

Echo1 USA CPM (AKS-74UN)
Cyma RIS Handguard w/ Tac. light, sling, and grip.

In the future planning changing the flash hider to a suppressor and maybe adding a scope.

And yes, I covered the yellow tip with electrical duct tape, darn thing wouldn't come off without breaking...

Looking pretty good. If I'm not mistaken, E1 has 14mm threaded barrels (at least 2 years ago they did) so I would suggest getting yourself an AAC style suppressor and flash hider combo. http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/07/08/9ave4e6e.jpg You just screw the can on and off the flash hider. Simple and good looking.

Also, find a gundoc and run a tune-up on your mechbox, if you can afford it. You'll most likely need to get all the factory goop out of there, relube, and shim your gears.

Cheers!

Thanks for feedback :)

It does have 14mm threaded barrel. There are is a problem though:

Getting the flash hider off is nearly impossible on the Echo1. I have a feeling that they did not only screw it on, but also glued the darn thing. Tried everything, didn't even budge. And as usual, no one on the internet knows how to do it... :(

About the tune up on the gear box.... When I was replacing the spring for a more CQB friendly, I saw that green goo... I wasn't brave enough to relube and such...

Things holding it on

-set screw
-antirotation pin like on most Aks
-glue

I suggest you do it up FSB style

Asura dynamics is in the process of making most of these parts

zenit suppressor
ZENIT b-11
ZENIT b-12
ZENIT laser module
eotech 522
zenit light
zenit stock
molot 45 round 5.45 mag

Yes, yes, and yes. That thing ain't leaving without some convincing on your part.

First, remove any grub screw that might be clamping down on the barrel threads.Next up, bring some water to a boil, and dip the orange tip in there (preferably with the barrel&hopup assembly out of the gun... don't need hot steam on your bucking & nub). Let it soak for a few mikes then grab a pair of pliers and gently wrench that shit right off.

I had an E1 as my first gun, too. I know the pain lol.

As far as I'm concerned, most of the screws and pins are out, the problem is the glue now....

As for the gun, I was thinking something more simplistic, i.e. ....

This is actually what I am trying to go for.

Really hope I won't screw it up... Thanks for tips. If anything, I'll just visit the tech at TA, pretty sure they can handle this.

GR and cav. Ask your questions in the accessories discussion forums. This is a picture thread. Enough of the off topics. Keep this thread clean with gun porn! :)

Final warnings for all.

No problem Dmitry.

It's great when you guys post interesting pictures. I have no problem if you want to ask a question about that specific picture. But asking on what gun would work for me or how to fix my gun in this Airsoft Media section, you are just cluttering the thread. Also, you would most likely get a better answer if you post in the correct section of the forum. Please keep this on topic. Thank you.
