My pet peeve will always be young reservists and video game players who have never seen actual real world combat talking like they know everything there is to know about war and constantly call other people down about real steel and real world warfare. Sure makes the game more fun.

Lol Scotland? Really?

Don't get me wrong, Scotland and the UK have a great airsoft community but what Ive seen on YouTube in Scotland is mostly daytrippers running around with hicaps... I could be wrong :)

...my AUG mechbox is awesome.

Say whaaaaat?!

The first time i opened up my G36 (my first gun) i watched the V3 mechbox video on mechbox.com like a million times.

When i finally opened it for the first time, my entire trigger mechanism asploooded. I was shocked! There was nothing about this on airsoftparts.ca! What do i do?!?!

Took me like 3 weeks to finally get it all back together >.>

Don't get me wrong here. Ive seen this to and a fair share of it at that. But as a reservist I know I for one do not act like that. I make a point to not act like that. More or less just because its just plain rude, never mind all the other negativity that goes along with attitude like that.

What does bother me is constant "elitism" I see with players. I know this is always going to be around so I deal with it but still. Just because you spend a cars worth of money on gear and guns does not make you a better player or a better person at all. Quite the opposite. It makes you a small and petty person.

I know this is beating a dead horse and all but over the last month Ive seen a few people get really bad for this. Any how that's just my 0.02

This is true both ways though, there are a lot more players that do airsoft as a fad thing; but there are also more seasoned players with much easier access to various guns, and hence much more experience than most of us will ever have XD

And I'm DEFINITELY not calling out ALL reservists. Just the ones who give people like you a bad name.

My ''pet peeves'' are FLAKERS in the classifieds.
You either have the money, are you don't.
It's that simple.

Outcast569 September 15th, 2009 21:27

People not give feedback after completing a transaction. And not posting pictures in there ads. But the lack of feed back is the worse one. Bought over 2k worth of stuff from folks on this site and I dont have a single comment lol. Still always goes down good but still.

Jbone 11 11 September 17th, 2009 07:36

Im pretty sure this has been mentioned before... but F&^K sakes its annoying....so Im posting it again: When a guy gets the drop on you (fair and square), comes right up behind you and still insists on lighting you up on full auto from 10 feet away!! FACK! DUde....single shot or "your dead" would bloody do!! I came a hairs breath from making that douche eat his F&^%ing AEG!.

Agree totally. Drives me nuts too. But most of the guys I know who've been there/done that, just ignore those types...

In fact I was just talking about this with a friend of mine who does PMC work in hot places, 15 years as PPCLI and Passed the Hill. Needless to say, he had a laugh, but ultimately didnt give toss. I know I always get laugh out of em. ; )

My most recent one : When you send a PM to a seller offering him a trade, the least you could do is answer him back when he asks "what are you offering ?"

For crisssake, a minimum of respect is answering the other guy (namely, me).

And hicaps. beuark - rattling - cranking noise - fail.
