My pics don't have great lighting, but here's my KJW hi capa. I tried to make it look as close to the 1911a1 Naked Snake uses in MGS3.

When I say "modded" I just mean some parts for looks. Threaded barrel and extended slide catch. And some half-assed polishing.

That looks nice and the polishing was good but, you used the wrong model, snake's hand gun was an a1 model and has no rail... Just point it out... I guess you can call it version 2.0

If you want to get truly technical, there are a bunc of differences.

The sights aren't right, the slide grooves are angled unlike the A1 model(like I said I was just trying to make it LOOK like it's from the game), there is no rail on the A1 either like you said. The grips aren't real wood and the A1 has full, one piece grips.

The in game model has a different shaped thumb and grip safety, and finally the magazine doesn't quite stick out as far in game.

Also I guess this thing shoots BBs instead of bullets.

Thanks for pointing out that it's not perfect though. I went with a hi capa base because they perform better.

Is there a full-size version of this kit in black?

You mean the V12?
To be honest I've never seen a black V12 or V10. At least not factory painted.
Only silver and gold.

I had a black V10 but that was Duracoated.

The only black v12 ive seen is the one made by ARMY. SOOOO quality might be a bit crap but i think they are the only ones who make it in black
