That's an RPK magazine in there. Toronto Airsoft has both the low caps and high caps on sale right now. I also weathered the rest of the gun as well as the wood. I wish I had a good outdoor place to photograph the gun to give you an idea.

I'm getting well weathered in doing gun weathering these days. :P

Romanian AKs are particularly prevalent in Afghanistan. I believe the army under the Taliban was armed with full stocked Romanian PM63s. I assume the ANA is now too.

Apparently they are quite common in Iraq too.

PS. Love the "finish" on that AK. Looks well loved. It also looks to have the early "slab-sided" magazine. A rarity here but probably not in other parts of the world.
