Myth: 400fps is ideal for airsoft range and accuracy

Truth: In reality it isn't. While it does offer a marginal increase to effective range, it doesn't really add much more when compared to a gun firing at 385fps (i.e.: 1-3 meters). For airsoft accuracy, one should use try to get 375-385 fps, tightbore, heavy BBs and that should be ideal for airsoft accuracy.

A gun that fires a higher velocity makes for a better player.
