Just waiting on a BB order from another company and I'll be givin' it a once over.

About a year ago, I ordered a KJW G23 with some gas, got it in 5 days as expected, no problems encountered.

Happy with the shipping and how the manager agreed to handle my issue(they shipped my cancelled order without asking) but I did not appreciate the girl on the phone(I remember your name but I'll let it go) who tried to make it seem like it was my fault.

I was very gentle and civilized on the phone because that's how I am but it left a sour taste in my mouth after I hung up. I'm not responsible for the mistakes your employees make, "no ands, ifs or buts", it's the way it is. When I phone and cancel an order it's not my responsibility if it gets shipped which is why your manager obviously agreed to refund me the money. Money was not the issue - principal was -so I took the pistol anyway, but please be more courteous to people who phone in with problems. Customer service is about solving problems, not creating new ones.

I was actually very surprised to have such a brazen employee on the phone because my past experiences were very good. I even made a post about it on these forums. I would be more than happy to shop at your store again because your manager took care of me and I appreciate that.

Do we know what Canadian distributor they get their guns from?
They are buying already marked up guns and are marking them up even higher to sell to the airsoft community.
Trying to sell CANsoft guns from $300-$500 still ?
They banned me from posting/commenting on their facebook page after i mentioned that the price on a gun was WAY to high compared to other places.
They know what they are doing isnt liked and trying to not let it get out.

I'm with Dustin. The prices on most of the products is out of hand compared to other retailers. Best shop around people. You can get better quality for a lower price.

They get them all from their own Canadian Airgun Supply.

... you cant be bothered to read the thread? Someone can say yes or no and the 27 pages or so before your post can contradict that.

Look and see for yourself, if the reviews aren't to your liking, look elsewhere.

I bought a sniper rifle from this website and it broke after 35 days. I decided a little bit after to make a review on their website about this weapon. After a week, the testimonial still didn't appear on the website so I decided to contact the company. They said they wouldn't post my review because it was a negative one. Just look at all the reviews, they are all positive, but most of them are in reality really bad ones !!!!!
